Affiliate Terms and Conditions
THESE TERMS OF USE PERTAIN TO AN INDIVIDUAL AND/OR COMPANY'S USAGE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE Kaktusan Cash  PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT, CHANGE, AND AMEND THESE TERMS. BY PARTICIPATING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. JOINING THE PROGRAM.
By filling out the affiliate signup form you will automatically become a Kaktusan Cash affiliate (reseller) . Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the Kaktusan Corp products and services offered at CheapestAdultScripts.com and CheapestWebSoftware.com sites, and receive a commission on sales generated by your referrals. You also agree to receive periodic mailings regarding the Kaktusan Cash affiliate program. You must be at legal age to join and promote our site. Kaktusan Cash is an advertising program. Joining our affiliate program does not indicate an employment agreement with Kaktusan Cash

2. AFFILIATE TRACKING.
After signing up for the program you will receive an unique partnership code and url which you will use to advertise our website and/or products. When someone clicks through this url a cookie will be set in their browser with your partner ID and their IP address will also be logged with your partner ID. During that visit to our website or any later visit, when a purchase is made the commission will be given based on the existence of the cookie or a match of the IP address in the database.

3. LINKING TO THE PROGRAM.
You may use graphic and text links on your website,emails, board signatures and so on. Kaktusan Cash may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by Kaktusan Cash, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in our AntiSpam Policy and in chapter 4. SPAMMING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Reports of spamming should be directed to kaktusan and will be dealt with accordingly. All payouts will be held, and the user will be deleted. Please do not spam - You will not get paid if You do so. This includes spamming of email, newsgroups, Instant Messenger services, etc. If you SPAM, your account will be entered into our blacklist. You will never be allowed to re-join and all funds will be forfeited. You will not be given a second chance and your account will be deleted. Please DO NOT SPAM.

4. REVOCATION OF AFFILIATE STATUS.
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks), Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...), Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities, violation of intellectual property rights (copying Kaktusan Cash materials). If you violate this agreement in any way, funds will be held for an investigation period. If it is determined that you have cheated or spammed in any way, funds will not be paid out. Any attempt to mislead or defraud me in any way will result in termination of your account.

5. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS.
You will be paid referral fees for every Kaktusan Cash service/products purchased with credit card through our authorized sales agent ShareIt or every sale made by a direct money transfer or any other way of payment. The default referral fee is 30%, though it can be lowered or raised on a personal basis and agreement between you and representative from Kaktusan Cash. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly if you have reached the minimum payout amount ($100). If the referred product was refunded, the membership cancelled, or money was reimbursed, Kaktusan Cash reserves the right to deduct the appropriate commissions from the partner's account and notify him. Kaktusan Cash does not give a commission when an affiliate partner makes a Kaktusan Cash purchase and generates a commission for himself. Kaktusan Cash does give commissions when a partner makes a purchase and generates a commission for a different affiliate partner. Kaktusan Cash is paying the taxes for making the payment with money from your account. The amount of money for these taxes depends on the type the payment will be made. These taxes are according and set by Paxum through which you will receive your payments. Kaktusan Cash reserves the right to change the value of the commissions and the taxes anytime with an upfront notification to all affiliated partners. Refunds and chargebacks will be removed from revenue stream for the affiliate partner. Kaktusan Cash reserves the right to change the commissions value to individuals according to an agreement made with the specific affiliated partner.

6. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or Kaktusan Cash terminates your affiliate partner status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by Kaktusan Corp with an upfront notification to all affiliated partners. If any modification is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. Kaktusan Cash is not responsible for loss or downtime of servers.

7. LIABILITY.
Kaktusan Cash will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate partnership tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. We make no claim that the operation of Kaktusan Cash affiliate program will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors. Kaktusan Cash is not responsible for any lost payment, and NEVER will send the same payment second time. It is your responsibility to keep your payment and personal information profile correct and up-to-date! Kaktusan Cash reserves the right to cancel this affiliate program at any time with a 30 days upfront notification to all affiliated partners. Kaktusan Cash reserves the right to change the payout within 10 days upfront notification to all affiliated partners.

You must be of legal age to join Kaktusan Cash Affiliate Program.
We DO NOT support or accept illegal sites (Child porn or Bestiality) to join Kaktusan Cash affiliate program and promote our sites and services!
Commissions are paid in US funds only.
We reserve the right to deny any prospective affiliate partners admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason that we consider unacceptable.
We reserve the right to delay any payments in case of problems.
We will not send payments if the partner is found to do illegal activities listed in chapter 4 of this page.
Kaktusan Cash is not responsible for any loss of payments.
Kaktusan Cash is not responsible for any loss of payments if you didn't supply correct personal information, or have change it 10 days before the pay dates.
