CAS provides the following End-User License Agreement with respect to the software and products it distributes along with Crohoster hosting company. An End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CAS for a CAS software product. Such software product includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). CAS has the right to revise the End-User License Agreement.All CAS terms and conditions found at our official TOS page apply plus the following additional conditions apply:
Lease of Software
By taking advantage of any of the hosting plans provided by Crohoster that include CAS software products you are agreed that you receive the software product on a lease for your own usage and you are agreed to the conditions stated below:1. You do not hold total ownership of the software product until your summarized monthly charges do not cover the price at which CAS sells the software product. The exact prices at which CAS sell its products can be found at CAS homepage.
2. If your hosting plan consists of multiple CAS software products you do not hold total ownership of any of the products until your summarized monthly charges do not cover the price for all CAS software products included in your hosting plan.
3. If you decide to terminate your hosting plan with Crohoster the following conditions apply:
A) If your summarized monthly charges to the termination date cover the price for all CAS software products included at your hosting plan you have total ownership on the software products.
B) If your summarized monthly charges to the termination date do not cover the price for all CAS software products, you are no longer allowed to use them, unless you decide to pay the difference to the sale price of the products and receive ownership status over them.
4. CAS is not held responsible in any way for the actions and any consequences from the actions of Crohoster. If you manually or Crohoster decides to terminate the hosting plan which includes CAS software products all conditions from paragprah 3 of this section apply!
